Supporting Students Today,
Preparing Students for Tomorrow.
The District 54 Education Foundation hosts fundraisers throughout the year in partnership with local restaurants and other businesses. If you would be interested in partnering with us to raise money to benefit the children in our community, please email [email protected] or call (847) 357-5027.
A warm way to support the D54 Foundation and tackle hunger is to join us at the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary Club’s Souper Bowl of Soups Cook-Off on Wednesday, April 19, at Schaumburg’s Wintrust Field. Attendees will sample soups from area restaurants and vote for their favorite. The champion will be announced at the end of the event. Half of the proceeds will go toward the D54 Foundation’s Food for Thought program and the other half will benefit the Township of Schaumburg’s Food Pantry, which also serves many District 54 families. Visit the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary website for more information and to purchase tickets.
Order from either Schaumburg Lou Malnati’s on Wednesday, May 3, and 20% of sales will go back to the Foundation! Proceeds will go toward the Crisis Fund to aid School District 54 families. Make sure to mention the fundraiser during your phone order & use code FUNDD54F23 for online & app ordering.
Join the D54 Foundation on #54 Day (May 4 aka 5-4) by giving thanks. Show your appreciation for a teacher, staff member, parent, a volunteer or really anyone deserving of recognition by making a donation in their name to the D54 Foundation. Show your appreciation for an act of kindness or service, consider offering recognition through a donation to the Foundation. All those honored through a donation to the Foundation’s THANKS program will receive a certificate with your message of appreciation. To donate, visit our donation page and choose “THANKS” from the drop-down menu under the “Give” section.
Our largest fundraiser is a golf outing in June at the Schaumburg Golf Club. Thank you to all the sponsors, donors, golfers, diners and volunteers who participated in the 25th Annual District 54 Education Foundation Golf Outing on Monday, June 6, 2022 to benefit the students of District 54. We are looking forward to another great event on June 12, 2023! For more information, to become a sponsor or sign up for golf, visit the Golf Outing page.
Thank you Septemberfest for providing us with the fundraising opportunity. Between parking at Collins School and selling delicious burgers with Pilot Pete’s in the food tent, almost $13,000 was raised over the 2022 Labor Day weekend to support School District 54 students and their families. We’ll see you in 2023!
