Click here to make a general donation to the D54 Foundation. You can also designate your donation to go to one of our specific donation programs.

Mail in a donation by filling out our Enrich Education Donation Form. If you want to donate in someone else’s name, we will mail that individual a letter of acknowledgement.

Offer recognition through the To Honor and Notice Kindness and Service (THANKS) program. Simply fill out the THANKS Donation Form and a certificate will be sent to the person you wish to honor notifying him of the donation or choose THANKS from the online donation form at d54foundation.org/donate.

Employees of District 54 have the opportunity to support the D54 Foundation by contributing funds through payroll deduction. Please fill out the Payroll Deduct Form Payroll Deduct Form and submit it to the Foundation mailbox at the District Office.

Volunteer

The District 54 Education Foundation has several opportunities throughout the year that require volunteers, including our Golf Outing in June and Septemberfest Parking in September. Email [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering.

You can also

• Donate cash, check, securities or personal property;
• Pledge money to be paid over a specific time period;
• Give your time, equipment or supplies;
• Designate your gift as a memorial; or
• Name the D54 Education Foundation in your will.
