Michael Capesius grew up in Chicago and is a transplant to the Schaumburg area in 2001. He currently serves as the Foundation Vice Chair. Michael has been a coach for Schaumburg Baseball Teams SLAM and Flyers since 2018. He works as a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Schaumburg Bank & Trust for Wintrust and has been on the Foundation Board since February 2022. Michael got involved with the Foundation because he wanted to be larger part of the community and sees the children as a priority. The District 54 Education Foundation is a great organization and avenue to give back to them.
