Each year the District 54 Education Foundation hosts two major fundraisers as well as many other fundraisers throughout the year in partnership with local restaurants and other businesses. If you would be interested in partnering with us to raise money to benefit the children in our community, please contact Jennie Waldorf at (847) 357-5038 or JenniferWaldorf@sd54.org.
Thank you to everyone who supported our 22nd annual golf outing on June 10 as a golfer, volunteer or sponsor. The golf outing is our largest fundraiser of the year in which all proceeds go to support District 54 breakfast programs, STEM programs, and grants for students from financially struggling households.
Septemberfest — Labor Day weekend
The District 54 Education Foundation’s second biggest annual fundraiser is in conjunction with the Village of Schaumburg’s Septemberfest. You can support the Foundation in raising funds for District 54 students by parking your car for $5 at Collins School, 407 S. Summit Drive, Schaumburg, on the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Summit is located east of Roselle Road and west of Plum Grove Road. The Foundation also participates in Septemberfest’s Not-for-Profit Day on Monday. Thank you to our 2018 partner, Riccardo’s Ristorante!
